Rander 2.4

New fields in contacts: position and department
Contacts export into csv. Only administrators can export server contacts

When any forwarding mode is active on your extension a message appears on Start tab. Clicking over the message opens forwarding dialog, where all active forwarding modes are displayed
Right-clicking over a contact you can select "Find all calls". This command creates a temporary filter, that displays all the calls of the selected person

In filter settings in the External phone field you can specify several numbers separated by ';'
Numbers in the calllog are again in the dialable form

Rander 3.0 beta

Rander server can now collect SMDR information via the same CTI connection (USB or LAN for TDA PBX, COM for TD PBX). Information is stored into text log files that you can import into accounting software or process manually.

CTI SMDR advantages:
1. Reliable operation
2. Works as service without human interaction
3. Can store information in multiple formats simultaneously
4. Can work via USB and LAN connection

More changes in 3.0:
User interface redesign
Extension status icons changed. And you can even replace them with your own icons now.
Transferer number or ICD group number is displayed on the popup
Displaying DND mode in Forwarding dialog fixed
Persian translation added

Upgrade from Rander 2 to Rander 3 is free.

Rander 3 is compatible with previous versions i.e. Rander 3 client can work with Rander 2 server and Rander 2 client can work with Rander 3 server.

Rander 3.6 beta

Rander 3.6 released

1. Contacts list displays multiple sortable columns now. Phones in the columns are clickable.
2. You can search contacts by name in Dial dialog now. It is useful when transfering a call for example.
3. Contacts export stores contact id in CSV. So when you import this CSV back old records are being updated(optionally).
4. Latvian translation added.
5. New Remove command in Buttons Console context menu.
6. You can specify multiple COs and EXTs separated by comma ',' in filter dialog.
7. Rander Outlook addin popup displays company name.
8. New RanCom event CallStateChanged2 with line_id parameter.
9. Several bugfixes in RanCom

Rander 3.7 released. Main improvements are:

-Customizable MP3 ring
-Popups position customization
-Popup close delay
-New fields in call log: Reason, RedirectingID, RedirectionID
-Personal/Shared menu items on Contacts tab
-By default if you click phone number in contacts list Dial Dialog is not displayed but dialling is started. If you click phone number in bottom preview pane Dial Dialog is displayed. You can change this new behaviour with new option "Display dial dialog" in Misc section.
-New "Find all calls" menu item in call log.
-Rander is displayed correctly with large fonts.
