IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY!

Present license agreement is a legal document concluded between you and Ranat Ltd. regarding Rander Reports software (further named Software). By installing, copying or in any other way using the Software you thereby accepting the terms of present agreement. If you do not accept the terms of present agreement, you have no right to use this Software.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

Software is protected by law an international copyright agreements.

LICENSE EXTENT

Present agreement entitles you to the following rights:

•	Using the Software.

•	Acquiring two additional keys in case of server’s or part of its components’ changeover.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•	Reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly limitations.

Reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly of the Software is prohibited.

•	Service support provision.

Ranat Ltd. provides software service support. Any additional software and source code transferred to you as a result of service support provision should be treated as constituent of the software and therefore fall under the terms and conditions of present agreement.

•	Discontinuance of present agreement.

In case of non-compliance to terms and conditions of present agreement Ranat Ltd. can discontinue present agreement without disadvantage to its any other rights, which will obligate you to destroy all copies and components of the Software in your possession.

SOFTWARE UPDATE

A license is required for getting software updates. Software acquired during updates can only be used in conformity with present agreement.

All rights of property and copyright for the Software (incorporating any included graphical images, sound recordings and text) and any copies of the Software belong to Ranat Ltd.
